We use Stripe to securely process payments for advertising services on our website. All credit card information is encrypted and processed directly by Stripe. 4. Refund Policy

All payments made for advertising services are final and non-refundable. Refunds will only be considered under special circumstances, such as technical issues with the advertisement display that are caused by us. Refund requests must be made in writing to hello@myauto.com.au and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 14 business days and issued via the original payment method.

5. Eligibility to Use Our Site

• Our Site is directed to users who are at least 18 years old and residing in Australia. Content may not be appropriate or available in other locations.
• If you access our Site from outside Australia, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.

6. Links to and from Our Site

• Our Site may contain links to third-party websites. These are provided for your information only and do not indicate endorsement of the websites or their content.
• You may link to our home page, provided it is done fairly and legally without damaging our reputation or implying association, approval, or endorsement where none exists.

   The free PPSR check offered by Click Media Group Pty Ltd (trading as MyAuto) and/or its Related Entities is provided as a complimentary service to users. The information retrieved is sourced from the Personal Property Securities Register (PPSR).

2. Accuracy and Reliability of Information
   Click Media Group Pty Ltd (MyAuto) and/or its Related Entities make no representation or warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of the data provided by PPSR. The results are delivered as obtained from PPSR, and no guarantees are made regarding the correctness or applicability of the information.

3. Limitation of Liability
   To the extent permitted by law, MyAuto will not be liable to you in respect of any loss or damage you might suffer, no matter how arising (including negligence), that is directly or indirectly related to the information provided by PPSR.

4. Service Restrictions

   • Limit of one PPSR search certificate per person (identified by mobile phone number and/or email address).
   • MyAuto reserves the right to refuse or limit access to the free PPSR check service at its discretion.

5. Delays and Non-Delivery

   • While every effort is made to deliver results promptly, delays or non-delivery may occur due to technical issues or third-party service disruptions.
   • If MyAuto is unable to provide a PPSR certificate, you may perform the check via PPSR.gov.au for a fee of $2.

6. Acceptance of Terms
   By using the free PPSR check service, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the service.

11. General Terms

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of South Australia, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of South Australian courts.
• If any term is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms will remain in effect.
